Upon establishing the project outline, a dedicated project manager and technical leader with the relevant expertise will be assigned to your project. Together, they will lead a multidisciplinary team of development scientists, production, quality and regulatory affair professionals selected to develop a detailed scope of work, project timeline and budget. Concurrently, the project manager will also work closely with you to ensure the smooth execution of the service agreement.

Once the project scope has been agreed upon and the agreement concluded, the project manager will initiate the project kick off meeting with your team to finalise all technical details and establish the working procedures. Regular project team meetings will also be arranged to discuss any scientific or technical issues. Working closely with you, the project manager is responsible for ensuring continuous communications and delivering the project to your specifications.

In addition to the project team, a steering committee will be formed to provide oversight on the progress of the project and act as an advisory board to the working team. Comprising of personnel from our senior management team, this committee ensures that the best resources are deployed to resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
